I wrote this five sentence fiction for some contest, but could not submit it, due to some glitch on the site. The prompt was: “Lunch”

Since, I have been busy as all get out, hence my absence for a while, I will post this and hope you like it.

“No, I won’t do it!” he cried into the air.

Adam was determined to have his own way and no bossy woman was going to tell him what to do.

“It is for your own good!” she cried out in desperation.

Adam didn’t care what Marie said or that what she said was essentially true, it was the principle of the thing that mattered and he would not be henpecked.

“Have it your own way!” she said, giving up and storming out of the house.

He reached for the TV remote, victory one, he would not make himself lunch, while his wife visited her mother, but he sure was hungry.

Every meet someone as stubborn as Adam?  Have you ever wrote a five sentence fiction piece? You should it is loads of fun!

I am me and nobody else. One of a kind just like the rest of the world.
